This is my second purchase, I also have this upper receiver in FDE. The threaded forward assist pin is a time saver but my favorite feature is the additional material at the barrel nut end of the receiver, it’s pretty beefy but not overdone so handguards will still mate up. Fitment has been flawless on several different lowers, both forged and billet. These uppers are incredibly solid and high quality for a great price. I definitely recommend.
