High-Performance AR-15 Rails for Every Build

Choosing the right free-float handguard is critical for balancing weight, ergonomics, and accessory real estate. At Grendel Hunter, we offer three distinct versions of M-LOK handguards to give you the look and functionality your rifle needs. All our rails are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a rugged steel barrel nut and retention system with anti-rotation tabs for a rock solid fit.  Because of the design, no shims, over torqueing or timing of the barrel nut are required.

Which Grendel Hunter Handguard is Right for You?

15.3 inch black M-LOK handguard with a matte finish, designed for AR-15 platforms.

  • Version 1 (V1): Our lightest option. Features an aggressive slant-cut front and a competition-style top rail (Picatinny at the front and rear only) to shed every unnecessary ounce. It has M-LOK slots on the bottom and sides, so you can attach a sling mount, rail section etc. 

  • Lengths: 11″ | 13″ | 15.3″ | 17″ |  19″

  • Version 2 (v.2): A balanced approach with a traditional squared-off front. Like the v.1, it utilizes a competition top rail for a slim, ergonomic “C-clamp” grip and has M-LOK slots on the sides and bottom. 

  • Lengths: 12″ | 14″ | 16″

  • Version 3 (v.3): Built for maximum utility and rigidity. Features a full-length continuous Picatinny top rail and M-LOK slots at all seven positions around the sides for lights, lasers, and bipods.
