Quick shipping and a very nice barrel + bcg. Barrel fit was good and muzzle threads were clean. All machining work is clean. Have not tested accuracy as the optic has not arrived yet.

Good looking barrel. Feels quality. Shoots well. Found a defect with a not fully reamed lip at the base of the 0.75″ tip where you slide the gas block aft onto. I slid the block as far aft as it would go with lots of force. Had cycling issues (didn’t cycle at all). Took it apart to troubleshoot and realize that the lip was not intentional — that the gas block needed to be seated farther aft. I took a file and went around the lip a few times to make it the same thickness as the 0.75″ portion, then the gas block could slide back into its fully aft position. Still pleased overall (caused me to learn more about the item), but think this should have been caught at the factory. I would buy another barrel from here. Great customer service.

5-Star!! Brand new barrel, I fired 8 shots to adjust my gas block and dial in the dope on the scope. Once sighted in, I grabbed 3 rounds and shot for the official group. At 100yds all 3 bullets were one ragged hole! My load is 27.5 IMR8208 with a 123gr Hornady ELD, Lapua brass, Fed Small rifle mag primer, COL 2.240
