Grendel Hunter uppers are highly customizable. You aren’t stuck buying components that you’re just going to change out once you receive it. Get it built how you want it from the beginning. Here’s how it works:
Using the options below, select the components you’d like used in your upper. The base price includes components for a base model. For example, the base price includes our shortest handguard option that still covers the gas block. But if you prefer a longer handguard, you can upgrade it for a little bit more. An accurate, high quality upper! It seems Grendel Hunter only uses quality parts and the entire build feels excellent. The Satern Liberty barrel is very accurate and the fit and finish of the Grendel Hunter Upper Receiver and Handguard is sharp.

Very pleased with the fit and finish of the upper. I paired it with an Anderson lower and topped it with a Vortex 1-8 Strike Eagle. Suppressed with a SilencerCo Hybrid 46M and ASR. Happy with the zeroing group which is shown. 2 groups of 10 rounds. Hornady 103 gr Precision Hunter. 2nd outing I verified my POI by shooting steel at 1, 2, and 300 yds. 100 yd POA gives same POI at 100 and 200.

Excellent quality upper made it easy to build my 6mm arc rifle. Very nice fit and finish. Sub moa groups when I sighted it in.

I went with the black cerakote, non fluted 18” upper to run a Banish Backcountry can. First outing I shot .70 and .30 groups with handloads. I simply cleaned it when I got it out of the package, attached to the lower receiver and hit the range.
Andy is a great guy and the customer service is excellent. I told him I’d run this suppressed so he adjusted the gas block before shipping out the upper and it is on the money. Saved me time and ammo.
The hand guard is sharp looking as well as the Grendel Hunter logo. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
