Grendel Hunter uppers are highly customizable. You aren’t stuck buying components that you’re just going to change out once you receive it. Get it built how you want it from the beginning. Here’s how it works:
Using the options below, select the components you’d like used in your upper. The base price includes components for a base model. For example, the base price includes our shortest handguard option that still covers the gas block. But if you prefer a longer handguard, you can upgrade it for a little bit more. I bought the 6.5 18″ fluted Titanium Grendel with the cool looking slanted muzzle brake. This upper is a tack driver. Using cheap Wolf steel-case ammo, I’m getting 2″ groups at 300 yards. The upper is a little on the heavy side, but it’s offset by very little recoil. The recoil on this 18″ 6.5 is noticeably less than my 16″ 300 Blackout. The FDE finish option is also a big plus for me.
