Finishes

Black Nitride – The nitriding process involves a salt (chemical) bath which provides corrosion resistance and hardens the surface of the steel (~740 HV). This thermo chemical treatment gives you a far more durable and smoother finish than the original Mil-Spec magnesium phosphate.
Nickel Boron – The UCT EXO® NiB has a higher boron content than any other commercially available nickel boron which provides this BCG with an extremely hard (~1800 HV), durable finish. It is very smooth with a low friction coefficient.
Diamond Like Carbon – The P51+ is a next level DLC coating that is even harder (~2300 HV) than nitride or nickel boron. It is smooth, easy to clean and has a deep, dark gray color.
