***BLEMISHED*** This batch of brakes had some tooling marks that weren’t caught prior to being nitrided. They do not affect performance. You can’t even really tell from more than a few feet away, but they aren’t quite up to normal standards.

The Grendel Hunter 5.56 Slanted Muzzle Brake is designed with performance in mind. The three ports provide the shooter with excellent reduction in felt recoil. In addition, the flat bottom forces escaping gas up and the muzzle down. This compensation for muzzle climb helps keep your rifle on target. Made in America, by Americans with American steel.

Very happy with this break and the company, shipped and received way before expected. I purchased this break in the blemished/discount section, if it has any at all I have yet to see it. Quality products from a quality company. stay free, stay 2A my friends.

Like the other reviewer, I fail to see any blemish on this. Very high quality and this, paired with the hand guard, looks amazing together. Fit and finish are flawless to me and I’d put it on another rifle for sure. The design of this break does help with muzzle rise for a quicker second shot. Highly recommend Grendel Hunter!!

    Excellent product

  4. Ralph (verified owner)

It’s a slick-looking break. On my 20″ barrel and the Grendel Hunter 19″ slanted handguard, it’s a bad@ss looking gun.

Bought for my 224 valkyrie. Said it was blemished but I couldn’t find them. Looks good and works great too!
