RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a refund. Refunds should be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date. Returns initiated within this time frame and completed in a timely fashion will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Claims for damaged products or missing items must be received within 2 business days of the delivery of your package.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
INVENTORY
Grendel Hunter tries to keep the website’s inventory up to date. We don’t want our customers to pay for something we can’t deliver right away. We have all heard the horror stories of people waiting months after purchase to receive their product. It’s not something our customers will deal with. If you want to order a product that is out of stock, please email us and we will give you an estimate on when it will be available. When it is back in stock, we will contact you so you can place your order. We know you’ll love hunting with your AR-15.
