Grendel Hunter uppers are highly customizable. You aren’t stuck buying components that you’re just going to change out once you receive it. Get it built how you want it from the beginning. Here’s how it works:
Using the options below, select the components you’d like used in your upper. The base price includes components for a base model. For example, the base price includes our shortest handguard option that still covers the gas block. But if you prefer a longer handguard, you can upgrade it for a little bit more. I have owned this upper for about a year now and finally got to shoot and hunt with it. I did turn down the gas a little because it’s suppressed only but with a rifle buffer tube it has a soft recoil impulse like a BB gun. Shot amazing from the very first round. Shoots Hornady Black MOA, one of my hand loads around 1.5 MOA, and another hand load at 0.5 MOA all at 100 yards. This is a well-built upper and definitely worth the wait. Very satisfied. Always shot great out the book with no real break in procedure.

Love my upper. Arrived quickly. Shoots smoother than any of my other rifles. Great construction and high quality parts. would buy again, and would recommend to all my friends. One note, get the 3 Port Muzzle brake, has less recoil than my 5.56.
